Ready, Inc. was officially started back in November 2021. The founder saw a gap in the market and a great opportunity to provide the highest quality water and ice not just in Guam, but the entire Micronesia region.

Before Ready, this industry was old and complacent - one large player who supplied water and ice to most in our region. When this happens in any industry, quality and standards tend to slip as there is no pressure of competition.

This is where Ready saw its greatest opportunity. Ready was founded on 5 core values: family-first, integrity, responsibility, quality and capacity.
